摘要: 钕铁硼是一种新型的永磁材料,由于自身的化学性质活泼,需要在表面覆盖一层保护层。本课题主要通过对钕铁硼磁铁双层镀镍工艺分析,设计实验对镀层性能、镀液、电镀工艺进行分析。在实验过程中对镀液成份进行测定、分析钕铁硼磁铁经过前处理工序中除油酸洗水洗后的表面状态、分析导致镍堆积的原因以及在活化过程中活化液的选择、最后对边角效应进行一些分析。进而通过实验的分析讨论得到一组比较合适的电镀工艺参数:超声除油时间为120s;酸洗时间为90s;活化液选择柠檬酸溶液;施镀电流、镀件规格、镀层厚度都是影响边角效应的因素。21645

Analysis of double layer nickel plating NdFeB
Abstract: NdFeb is a new type of permanent magnetic material, due to its chemical property active, need to be covered with a protective layer on the surface. This topic mainly through the analysis of NdFeb magnet double nickel plating technology, design the experiment on the coating performance, plating solution, plating process were analyzed. During the experiment, the measurement of bath composition,Analysis of NdFeB magnets after degreasing pretreatment step of the surface state after acid washing, Analysis the cause of nickel accumulation and activation solution in the activation process, finally, some analysis of edge effect.And then through the analysis of experimental discussion to get a more appropriate set of electroplating process parameters: Ultrasound degreasing time of 120 s . Pickling time is 90s.Activation fluid choose citric acid solution.Electroplating, plating current shape, coating thickness are the influencing factors of marginal effect.
