摘要生物炭添加到土壤中,随着土壤环境和时间的变化,其理化性质会受到一定影响,发生缓慢变化,进而可能影响其对土壤性质发挥的作用和对重金属钝化能力。本实验用竹材制备的生物炭作为改良剂,以二级污染土壤作为供试对象,在不同的老化方式处理下,通过室内培养实验研究生物炭对土壤理化性质和土壤重金属各级形态的影响,以期为生物炭对Zn污染土壤钝化修复的应用提供一定理论基础。研究结果表明:添加生物炭的土壤pH值和TC量均随着时间不同程度的提高,土壤DOC和TN在恒湿状态下降低,干湿交替状态下先升再降,说明添加生物炭之后土壤的pH值和TC含量与时间成线性正相关;与不添加生物炭的处理相比,添加生物炭之后土壤中Zn全量和还原态Zn含量随着培养时间不同程度的降低,氧化态Zn含量提高,弱酸态Zn含量极显著降低,残渣态Zn含量极显著提高,说明添加生物炭能够促进弱酸态Zn向残渣态Zn转化。 源-于,优Y尔O论U文.网wwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766

Abstract With the change of soil environment and time, physical and chemical properties of biochar, which were added into the soil, will be affected and change slowly。 This may influence its effect on soil properties and passivation of heavy metals。 In this experiment, bamboo biochar was used as a modifier for simulant grade II polluted soil。 The pot experiment was carried out to inspect variations of fractionation in soil Zn and its relations with soil physical and chemical properties, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of biochar to the passivation of Zn contaminated soil。 The results showed that pH and TC of soil were increased with aging time of biochar。 Contents of DOC and TN of soil were decreased in the wet state, first rise and fall again in the drying-wetting state。 Compared with control, amount of Zn in weak acid fractions and reducible Zn were increased with aging time of biochar after addition of biochar into soil。 However, the oxide and residual Zn increased significantly, indicating that the addition of biochar can promote the conversion of weak acid state Zn to stable Zn。87954
