摘要随着国防技术迅猛发展,国家对提高导弹的射程、导弹的飞行速度和其机动性能,日益表现出浓厚兴趣,这样就导致对推进剂的能量有着越来越高的要求。添加高能燃烧剂是提高富燃料推进剂能量的主要途径,因此富燃料推进剂常常加入高能燃烧剂,如硼粒子等。硼被认为是最有潜力的富燃料固体推进剂的燃料。但是,实际应用中,硼存在着一些问题,比如难点火、低燃烧率、难制备等。本文主要研究硼粉的改性问题。分别用化学沉积法与物理球磨法进行对硼的包覆,化学法将制备纳米氧化铜、纳米氧化锡、纳米氧化铋、纳米银和纳米铜对硼进行包覆,物理法将用氧化铁、氧化铜、一氧化钴、四氧化三钴对硼进行包覆。SEM结果显示,纳米银的包覆效果最好,而燃烧性能检测则表明,纳米氧化锡和纳米铜分别提高了质量燃速234%、高度燃速提高了148%,燃速物理法制备的氧化铜包覆的温度最高达1441.1oC。22433

Title    The Preparation and Properties of Modified    Boron Coated by Nano-Oxide                 
Abstract
With the rapid development of defence technology, for improving the missile range, the missile flight speed and maneuverability, our country increasingly shows interest, thus leading to have higher and higher request on the energy of the propellant. Adding high energy combustion agent is the main way to improve the energy-rich propellant, so fuel rich propellant often join high-energy combustion agent, such as boron particle, etc. Boron is considered to be one of the most potential fuel-rich solid propellant fuel. But, in the practical application, there are some problems, such as the difficulty of fire, low burning rate, difficult to prepare, etc. This paper mainly studies the problem of modified boron. Respectively by chemical deposition method and physical milling method coating boron, use chemical method to the preparation of nano-CuO, nano-SnO2, nano-Bi2O3, nano-Ag and nano-Cu cladding of boron, and use physical method to preparing Fe2O3, CuO, CoO, Co3O4 coating boron. The results of the SEM show that the effect of nano-Ag coating is the best. Combustion performance testing indicates that the burning rate of mass increase by 234% with nano-SnO2 and the burning rate of height increase by 148% with nano-Cu and the highest temperature is 1441.1oC of the CuO prepared by physical method.
