摘要:本论文对上海某家纺织公司的出厂废水进行废水全组分毒性测试。毒性测试中选择了三种水生生物:羊角月牙藻、大型蚤的幼蚤和斑马鱼,采用其不同的毒性终点评价该纺织品公司排放废水的毒性。所选择的毒性实验包括藻类生长抑制试验、鱼类急性毒性试验和蚤类24 h LC50 急性活动抑制试验。实验结果表明,在短期暴露时间的条件下,在72 h之内,废水样品对于藻类的生长有一定的抑制效应;在48 h内,对于大型蚤的幼蚤的游泳能力产生不同程度的毒性效应;在96 h之内,对斑马鱼并没有急性毒性的影响。22486

Rating Technology Research of the Whole Effluent Toxicity Analysis on Risk Enterprises of Source of Drinking Water
Abstract:The thesis study on the whole effluents toxicity test on wastewater of a Shanghai textile company. By using three kinds of aquatic organisms, like: Selenastrum capricornutum, young fleas of daphnia magna and zebra fish to evaluate the test substances which is the wastewater after the production of textile. Because of the different toxic endpoints of the three aquatic organisms, they can tell the toxicity of the effluents. On the condition of short-term exposure, the toxic effect on this three kinds of aquatic organisms can prove that the sample of wastewater may be harmful. The three experiments have conducted on the condition of short-term exposure. The results show that in 72 h, water samples have a certain inhibitory effect for the algae to grow; in 48 h, young fleas of daphnia magna have different degrees of toxicity effect on the ability of swimming and within 96 there is no acute toxicity to zebra fish.
