摘要以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI),聚己二酸1,4-丁二醇脂(PBA)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)作为主要的原料,环氧树脂作为改性剂合成了水性聚氨酯分散液。利用红外光谱分析仪、粒径分析仪、热重分析仪等手段对乳液的稳定性、固含量、粘度、乳液粒径,涂膜的硬度、耐水性(吸水率)等性能进行了表征。正交实验法确定了R的最佳取值,DMPA、环氧树脂的用量。实验结果表明:n(-NCO):n(-OH)为1.5:1,DMPA用量为6%~7%,环氧树脂的用量为6%~8%时,乳液外观及稳定性好,涂膜力学性能、硬度、耐水及耐热性能得到很大提高。22677

Title Preparation of waterborne polyurethane modified epoxy
Abstract
Waterborne polyurethane emulsion (WPU) was prepared from poly-1,4-butylene adipate glycol(PBA), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), 2,2-Dimethylol Propionic Acid (DMPA) , 1,4 - butanediol (BDO) and bisphenol A epoxy as a modifier, following a prepolymer mixing process. The stability,viscosity,particle size and solid content of the emulsion ,and the hardness and water resistance (water absorption) of the film were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),particle size analyzer and thermogravimetic analysis (TG). The article determined the best value of R and the best content of DMPA and epoxy resin by orthogonal experiment methods. The experimental results showed that the good emulsion appearance and stability, ideal film mechanical properties, hardness, water resistance and heat performance were obtained when the n(NCO): n(OH) was 1.5:1, the content of DMPA was 6%~7%, and 6% to 8% respectively.
