摘要: 本课题分别以β-环糊精及羟丙基-β-环糊精为壁材,对百里香精油进行包覆,制备百里香精油胶囊。分别采用生物显微镜、热重分析仪、旋转流变仪对微胶囊的微观形貌、精油包覆率及流变特性进行测试,结果表明百里香精油胶囊形态较好,且当取稳定剂:壁材为1:10;精油含量20%,固含量为16.7%时,所得的百里香精油胶囊稳定性最佳,包埋率为6.87%。流变测试结果表明,随着剪切速率增加,该微胶囊体系均表现出剪切变稀的特性,为假塑性流体;动态测试结果表明,随着扫描频率增加,该微胶囊体系的储能模量(G’)及损耗模量(G’’)均随之增加,表明该微胶囊体系为粘弹性性流体。将该微胶囊用于皮革抗菌,对黄绿青霉和黑曲霉均能有效抑制,最长抑菌时间的达7天。22753

The study of Thyme essential oil capsule performance
Abstract: This paper respectively with β - cyclodextrin and hydroxypropyl - β - cyclodextrin as wall material, the coating of thyme oil, thyme oil capsule preparation. Respectively by means of biological microscope, thermogravimetric analyzer, rotational rheometer, the morphology of microcapsules oil coating rate and rheological properties were tested, results show that better thyme oil capsule form, and when the stabilizer: wall material is 1:10; essential oil content of 20%, the solid content is 16.7%, the best stability of thyme essential oil capsules, package buried rate is 6.87%. The rheological test results show that, with the increase of shear rate, the microcapsule system showed shear thinning characteristics, pseudoplastic fluid; dynamic test results show that, with the increase of scanning frequency, the microcapsule system storage modulus (G ') and loss modulus (G' ') were all increased, show the microcapsule system for viscoelastic fluid. The micro capsule for leather antibacterial, green Penicillium and Aspergillus niger to suppress all can, the longest inhibitory time for up to 7 day
