摘要:本设计综述了国内外丙烯酸的需求与发展前景。通过对各种丙烯酸的生产工艺进行比较,选择了丙烯两步氧化生产工艺生产丙烯酸,然后经过吸收塔初步处理过的粗丙烯酸进入精制车间,精制工段采用了三塔流程,分别为轻组分分馏塔、脱重醋酸塔和丙烯酸提纯塔。以及对产生的废水和废气进行处理,达到安全环保的要求。通过Aspen plus软件对精制过程进行模拟,同时得出物料衡算和能量衡算。通过Aspen plus得出的数据,进行了塔的设计及塔的设备选型,并绘制了工艺流程简图、主体设备图、带控制点的工艺流程图及车间布置图等。22929

Design of Refine Section for annual output of 80,000 tons acrylic acid technology
Abstract: This design was reviewed the demand of acrylic acid at home and abroad and prospected for its development. Through comparing all kinds of acrylic acid production technology, chose the two steps propylene oxide production of acrylic acid production process, and then through absorption tower preliminary processing of thick acrylic into refining workshop, refining section process adopted three towers, fractionators light components, respectively, to take off the heavy acetate and acrylic acid purification towers. And to deal with waste water and exhaust gas produced, to achieve security environmental protection requirement. Of refining process was simulated by Aspen plus software, at the same time, it is concluded the material balance and energy balance. Through Aspen plus data, carried on the design and equipment selection of the tower of the tower and draw a process flow diagram, the main body figure, take the control points of process flow diagram and workshop equipment layout, etc.
