摘要本文主要研究了无机磷酸盐对厌氧氨氧化(anammox)颗粒污泥特性的短期和长期影响。结果表明,急性暴露于浓度高于50 mM的磷酸盐会诱导细胞质渗漏。在195天的连续流实验过程中,磷酸盐逐渐增加至500 mgP L-1,轻微影响了anammox酶活性,几乎不影响血红素含量,明显降低了胞外聚合物质的产生,并显著刺激了anammox颗粒污泥的脱氢酶活性。微生物群落分析显示:与对照污泥颗粒相比,优势厌氧菌株群体没有发生移动,厌氧氨氧化菌的种群数量较高但相对丰度更低。有趣的是,培养出的具有羟基磷灰石核的新型anammox颗粒污泥,具有沉降性能好,颗粒直径大和机械强度高等优点。该项研究对于anammox颗粒污泥预处理含磷酸盐和富氨废水的应用具有重要意义。88357
Abstract The short-term and long-term effects of inorganic phosphate on the characteristics of anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox) granules were investigated。 Acute exposure to phosphate at concentrations above 50 mM can induce cytoplasmic leakage。 During the 195 day continuous flow experiment, the phosphate gradually increased to 500 mgP L-1, which slightly affected the specific anammox activity, hardly affect the hemoglobin content, significantly reduced the production of extracellular polymer and stimulated the dehydrogenase activity of anammox granular sludge。 Microbial community analysis showed that the population of anaerobic strains did not move, compared with the control sludge particles, the population of anaerobic ammonium oxidized bacteria was higher but the relative abundance was lower。 Interestingly, the new anammox granular sludge with hydroxyapatite core has the advantages of good settling property, large particle diameter and high mechanical strength。 This study is of great significance for the application of anammox granular sludge to pretreatment of phosphate and ammonia-rich wastewater。
