摘要:本设计是年产400吨橡胶胶辊的车间工艺设计。近几年,随着文化和信息产业的迅猛发展,胶辊的需求量呈逐年增长的形势。所以开始进行研究如何能应用所学的橡胶成型知识和结合胶辊厂生产实践独立完成以上设计。本设计选择此工艺流程的原因是可以有效提升产量,减少污染,准确了解厂房数据,其内容包括橡胶胶辊的车间工艺流程设计;配方设计;原材料选择;物料衡算,工艺设备选型与计算。还进行查阅和分析挤出、机头等文献资料,使用标准和手册中的数据并且收集、整理并处理相关的实际生产数据。确定厂址;确定原材料的运输储存;确定橡胶胶辊生产的车间平面其他设计要求。23471
