摘 要电吸附脱盐法是指利用带电电极表面吸附水中离子或带电粒子从而达到净化水或使水脱盐的目的的一种新型水处理技术。本实验中利用比表面积大、吸附性能较强和导电性能较好的活性炭纤维(ACF)作为吸附电极来吸附NaCl溶液中的Cl-,研究通过NiOX凝胶涂覆真空干燥对活性炭纤维进行负载改性来提高活性炭纤维电极吸附量。并且研究工作电压、溶液初始浓度以及溶液温度对其电吸附的影响。结果表明:负载对电吸附效果的影响并未能达到预期效果。未负载改性前当溶液起始浓度为6mmol/L时,吸附效果最佳。吸附容量可达4。63mg/g。而负载改性后电极吸附容量最大仅为1。83mg/g,远小于改性前。因此不能直接使用三氧化二镍来进行负载,会堵塞ACF的吸附孔,从而吸附效率降低。而其他条件对电吸附影响:工作电压为10v时,吸附容量最大,但是吸附速率较慢,14v时电吸附速度最快,仅用90mins达到吸附平衡。温度对吸附容量影响较大,温度越高,吸附容量越低。88934
Electric adsorption desalination method is a development of water treatment technology which using charged electrode surface to adsorptions in water or charged particle to make water purifying, so as to achieve the purpose of desalination。By using activated carbon fiber as electrode, which has more specific surface area, better adsorption performance, better electrical conductivity to adsorption Cl- of NaCl solution, mainly study through the Vacuum drying by NiOX gel coating to increase the maximum adsorption capacity。 The effects of operating voltage, initial solution concentration and solution temperature on the adsorption were investigated。 The results show that the effect of load on the adsorption effect is not satisfactory。 When the initial concentration of the solution was 6mmol/L, the adsorption effect was the best。 Adsorption capacity up to 4。63mg/g。 The maximum adsorption capacity of the modified electrode is only 1。83mg/g。It is far below the before modification。 It can be seen that the direct oxidation of two nickel to the load, will lead to the adsorption of activated carbon fiber hole is blocked, can not improve the adsorption efficiency of three。 And other conditions on the adsorption effect: when the operating voltage is 10V, the adsorption capacity is the largest, but the adsorption rate is slower, the 14V adsorption rate is the fastest, only use 90mins to reach the adsorption equilibrium。 The effect of temperature on adsorption capacity is larger, the higher the temperature, the lower the adsorption capacity。
