摘要:聚丙烯酸钠也可以简写为PAAS是一种分子电解质,同时也是一种具有新的功能的高分子材料。它的用途相当普遍, 不仅可以用于食品、纺织、饲料等生活方面、同时在水处理、涂料、和石油化工、冶金等方面也运用到了聚丙烯酸钠。聚丙烯酸钠在用途方面与它的分子量有非常巨大的关系, 按照普遍的做法, 低分子量产品主要用作颜料水处理剂中做分散作用; 中等分子量的主要就是作为增稠剂、粘度稳定剂、保水剂等; 高分子量主要用作絮凝剂、增稠剂等。实验通过以丙烯酸作为单体,采用过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠同时做为氧化还原引发剂,与此同时亚硫酸氢钠还可以当做链转移剂制备低相对分子质量的聚丙烯酸。本文就引发剂用量、链转移剂用量这两方面对相对分子质量的影响和聚丙烯酸钠分散性的进行了考察。实验得出当丙烯酸:亚硫酸氢钠:过硫酸铵为20:5:1时黏度最大分子量也最大。制得的聚丙烯酸钠分散剂用三氧化二铁溶液和碳酸钙进行分散性的实验,以确定分散的性能,得出聚丙烯酸钠浓度为0.024g/ml分散性最好。23970

Sodium polyacrylate dispersion
Abstract: sodium polyacrylate can also abbreviated as PAAS is a molecular electrolyte , is also a kind of new functional polymer materials. It 's quite common purpose , not only for aspects of life food, textile , feed , etc., while in water treatment, coatings, and petrochemical , metallurgy , it is also applied to the sodium polyacrylate . In terms of the use of sodium polyacrylate and it has a very large molecular weight relationship , according to common practice , the low molecular weight products are mainly used to make pigment dispersion in water treatment agent ; medium molecular weight is mainly used as a thickener , viscosity stabilizers, aquasorb etc. ; molecular weight is mainly used as flocculants , thickeners. Experiment with acrylic acid as monomer , using ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as redox initiator while , at the same time sodium bisulfite can also be used as a chain transfer agent to prepare low molecular weight polyacrylic acid. In this paper, the amount of initiator , the impact and the amount of chain transfer agent, sodium polyacrylate both the relative molecular mass dispersion were investigated . Experimental results when Acrylic : Sodium bisulfite : 20:5:1 when ammonium persulfate as the largest molecular weight viscosity maximum . Obtained using a sodium polyacrylate dispersant solution of iron oxide and calcium carbonate dispersion experiments conducted to determine the performance of the dispersion , the concentration of sodium polyacrylate obtained dispersion preferably 0.024g/ml .
