上转换复合薄膜降解硝基苯废水研究

摘要为了提高纳米TiO2在可见光下的光催化性能及回收重复利用率,本文首先采用溶胶-凝胶法,制备出Pr掺杂的Y2SiO5上转换荧光材料,将其与TiO2复合;然后,采用玻璃纤文滤膜为载膜基质,制备出了光催化剂复合薄膜。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和电镜扫描(SEM)等对样品进行了较全面的表征和分析研究。25202
以硝基苯为目标污染物,对比研究了可见光下纯TiO2膜和上转换光催化复合膜对污染物的光催化降解性能。结果表明,Pr3+:Y2SiO5/TiO2复合薄膜中Pr3+:Y2SiO5与TiO2的最佳质量比为4%,催化剂的最佳投加量为0.4g;在相同光照条件下,Pr3+:Y2SiO5/TiO2复合薄膜较TiO2膜具有更高的光催化性能,前者12小时降解率是后者的1.6倍。对比循环四次的12h降解率发现,TiO2复合膜和纯TiO2膜对硝基苯的第一次降解率分别为84.01%和54.23%,第二次降解率分别为80.75%和51.40%,第三次降解率分别为75.79%和46.54%,第四次降解率分别为62.81%和43.17%。

Title:  Study on the Degradation of Nitrobenzene Waste Water by  Upconversion Composite Film                         
Abstract
To improve the photo catalytic performance of nano-titanium dioxide and to use it repeatedly, In the first place ,the sol-gel method is used to produce Y2SiO5 up converting luminescence material doped with Pr3+. Using glass fiber filter as membrane carrier substrate, Y2SiO5 up-converting luminescence material copes with nano-titanium dioxide to form photo catalyst composite film. XRD and SEM are used to characterize and analysis the photo catalyst composite film obtained. At length nitrobenzene has been employed as the target pollutants to study the photo catalyst degradation performances of the composite and pure films. The result shows that the best mass ratio of Pr3+:Y2SiO5 and TiO2 of the Pr3+:Y2SiO5/TiO2 composite film is 4 percent. And the best catalyst dosage is 0.4g. Under the condition of same illumination, Pr3+:Y2SiO5/TiO2 shows better photo catalyst performance than nano-titanium dioxide film.The former degradation rate is 1.6 times of the latter within 12 hours In contrast of the degradation ratio in 12h of four times cycle, the degradation ratios of the composite photo catalyst film and pure TiO2 film is 84.01% and 54.23% for the first time, 80.75% and 51.40% for the second time, and 75.79% and 46.54% for the third time,62.81%and43.17% for the fourth times respectively.
