摘 要:本文利用可溶性淀粉为起始原料,引入常规聚醚进行接枝共聚后制得一种新型的高效原油破乳剂,并将该破乳剂应用于山东胜利油田高含水原油进行破乳。实验室制破乳剂的具体操作步骤为:将烧杯放置于磁力搅拌器上,烧杯中依次加入水、淀粉、甲醇等,然后在搅拌下缓慢加入质子酸,酸加入量为淀粉质量的50%~80%,加完搅拌2—4小时,再将反应物中加入一定量聚醚和甲醇溶剂,加热回流4—8小时,再向反应物中加入配置好的氢氧化钠溶液,至溶液PH值达到7—8,静置3h至溶液透明,即制得该实验室破乳剂。本破乳剂对山东管输原油进行破乳具有工艺简单,操作方便,破乳效果好等特点。85793
