摘要本文采用静态阻垢法对五种阻垢剂:丙烯酸-丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物(T-225)、两种不同生产厂家的羟基亚乙基二膦酸(HEDP)、丙烯酸与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸的共聚物(即AA-AMPS共聚物)、氨基三甲叉膦酸(ATMP)在低温下的阻垢性能进行研究,通过系列实验,比较了五种阻垢剂在低温下的阻垢性能及最佳的阻垢剂用量。实验结果表明:阻垢剂效率随浓度增长而逐渐增加,当阻垢剂浓度达到一定值时,阻垢效率趋于稳定,在阻垢剂浓度为10mg/L时各阻垢剂阻垢率都较高。通过比较低温下各阻垢剂在此用量下的阻垢率大小,得出在该条件下,HEDP阻垢性能最优越,AA-AMPS共聚物阻垢性能最差。26342

Title The research on performance of conventional scale
inhibitors in low temperature
Abstract
The performance of five scale inhibitors (acrylic - hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer,1-hydroxy ethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid produced by two different manufacturers, 2 - acrylamide - 2 - methyl propane sulfonic acid copolymer, amino trimethylene phosphonic acid) in low temperature was studied by static anti-scaling method. The performance of five inhibitors in low temperature was compared by a series of experiments, and the best dosage of scale inhibitors was found. The result of the tests showed that the efficiency of inhibitor has a saturation point with the growth of dosage. When the scale inhibitor dosage is 10mg/L, the inhibiting efficiency of all of the scale inhibition are higher. Comparing the anti-scaling efficiency of the five scale inhibitors in the low temperature under the dosage, 1-hydroxy ethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid anti-scaling performance is the best, and the worst is 2 - acrylamide - 2 - methyl propane sulfonic acid copolymer.
