铁基非晶合金对偶氮染料褪色行为的研究

研究了在不同温度、时间及pH值条件下,Fe76Si9B10P5非晶合金粉末对于浓度为0.05g/L的甲基橙、直接蓝溶液的催化褪色效果,并与Fe粉进行对比。

摘要:非晶合金作为一种新型材料,具有较好的热稳定性和耐蚀性,被发现能对含偶氮染料的印染废水进行降解。Fe76Si9B10P5非晶合金粉具备优异的降解性能,非晶态的结构具备更高的活性,且降解能力因为准金属元素的添加而增强。本实验在不同偶氮染料中,研究铁基铁基非晶粉和氧化石墨烯的添加对不同染料的降解的影响。本实验通过感应熔炼法得到Fe76Si9B10P5母合金,通过气体雾化法获得非晶合金粉。主要研究了Fe76Si9B10P5非晶合金粉对偶氮染料甲基橙和直接蓝的褪色效果。实验结果表明,Fe76Si9B10P5非晶合金粉末能够使得偶氮染料褪色,且褪色效果明显优于传统Fe粉。氧化石墨烯可以有效提高染料的褪色效果,降低偶氮染料的降解时间。在不同的实验条件下,Fe76Si9B10P5非晶合金粉末对不同染料褪色的速率不同。在一定范围内,染料的环境温度不同,褪色速率有差异,同时,不同pH条件也会影响褪色速率。

Title  The Fading Behavior of Iron - based Amorphous Alloys for Azo Dyes                         

Abstract:Amorphous alloy as a new material, with good thermal stability and corrosion resistance, was found to be good catalyzer for dye-containing wastewater degradation. The high degradation performance of the amorphous alloy is mainly due to the higher activity of the amorphous structure relative to the crystalline state, and the addition of the metalloid element promotes the high degradation ability. In this experiment, Fe71Si9B10P5 master alloy was obtained by induction melting method. The amorphous alloy powder was obtained by gas atomization method. The fading effect of Fe71Si9B10P5 amorphous alloy powder on azo dye methyl orange and direct blue was studied. The experimental results show that Fe71Si9B10P5 amorphous alloy powder degradate the azo dyes effectively, and the fading effect is better than the traditional Fe powder. The graphene oxide can improve the fading effect of the dye and reduce the degradation time of azo dyes. Under experimental conditions, Fe71Si9B10P5 amorphous alloy powder on different dyes fade different rate. The fading rate of the same dyes at different temperatures and pH conditions was significantly different, and the fading effect of different dyes was different. The degradation mechanism were also discussed.
