摘要镍包覆碳酸钙粉体烟幕材料与常规烟幕材料相比较成本低、比重小,有望成为具有烟幕时间长、绿色环保等优点的新型烟幕材料。本文对碳酸钙粉体化学镀镍工艺进行了研究,简单描述了化学镀镍机理及该成品的应用方向和性能测试方法。26973
本文对碳酸钙粉体表面化学镀镍技术展开了较为全面的描述。主要研究了碳酸钙粉体的无钯活化工艺,并对后续实验结果进行了实验分析。具体工艺有,表面改性剂处理方法、有机酸镍热分解处理法和硼氢化钠还原有机酸镍的处理方法。
发现了较为可行的方案是还原法处理碳酸钙进行化学镀镍。并就上述实验的结果展开了实验研究。

Title Preparation of nickel-coated calcium carbonate as Smoke Material Abstract
As Smoke Material, nickel-coated calcium carbonate have low cost,small specific gravity and advantages of green when compared with the unusual cold Smoke Material. In this paper, we researched the calcium carbonate Electroless Nickel plating and the Smoke material, described the mechanism of Electroless Nickel ,illustrated the application direction and the performance testing of this finished product .
In this paper, we launched a comprehensively description of the calcium carbonate Electroless Nickel plating, mainly on the calcium carbonate activation process without palladium and subsequent experimental analysis of the experimental results. Specific processes are the surface modifier treatment method, the thermal decomposition method of nickel of organic acids and the treatment sodium borohydride deoxidized the nickel of organic acid.
Finally, we found that the reduction treatment of nickel of organic acid to calcium carbonate surface is more feasible. In the end of the text , I launched a discussion analysis according to the results of the above experiment.
