摘要:近几年来,中国的聚氯乙烯产量已成为世界第一,由此可看出国内对于聚氯乙烯的需求是非常巨大的。因此在生产大型化的基础上,有效降低产品生产成本是目前生产聚氯乙烯的趋势。本次设计主要介绍了120m3聚氯乙烯反应釜的设计过程,通过已知的工艺条件,查找相关文献及国家标准,对反应釜的釜体、传动装置、搅拌装置、轴封装置和其他附件进行设计。釜体部分包括筒体和封头,主要对其进行筒体及夹套的几何尺寸计算、封头的选择、壁厚计算,并对壁厚进行强度校核。搅拌装置包括搅拌器和搅拌轴,搅拌器的选型是决定反应釜效率的关键。传动装置的设计包括机架、凸缘法兰、电机等零部件的选型。本次设计在大型化的基础上,结合理论知识,设计出的结构合理,效率较高,运行成本低的聚氯乙烯反应釜。27946

Design of polyvinyl chloride reaction kettle
Abstract:In recent years, China's PVC production has become the first in the world。We can see that the needs for PVC is very huge. So on the base of large scale,reduce the cost of production is the trend of production of PVC. This design mainly introduced the design process of 120m3 PVC reactor.Through the known technological conditions, I searched the related literature and national standard to design the kettle body, transmission device, stirring device, seal device and some other accessories. The kettle body included the cylinder body and the head. The geometry size of cylinder and jacket, the choice of the head, the wall thickness, and the intensity of the wall thickness was calculated. The stirring device included the agitator and the agitator shaft, and the selection of the agitator was the key to determine the efficiency of the reactor. The design of the transmission device included the selection of the parts such as the frame, the flange, the motor and so on. This design is based on the large scale. With the theoretical knowledge, I designed a reaction kettle which had the reasonable structure, the higher efficiency and the lower costs.
