摘要本实验通过构建零价铁-生物耦合系统(ZVI-UASB,R1) 及生物对照系统 (R0)对2,4-二硝基苯甲醚(DNAN)废水进行处理,探究DNAN在生物零价铁耦合系统下的强化还原降解机理及该过程中厌氧颗粒污泥的形成机制。研究结果表明,在进水DNAN浓度为150mg/L,水力停留时间为40h的条件下,R1对DNAN的还原转化效果稳定,去除率接近100%,而R0的还原转化率只有85%且在出水中含有大量的还原中间产物。零价铁的存在有利于促进挥发性脂肪酸的生成和转换、较低的氧化还原电位及较高的pH。零价铁生物耦合系统污泥颗粒相对于生物对照系统,尺寸较大、轮廓清晰、结构密实而又稳定。综上所述,通过零价铁与厌氧污泥的耦合协同作用可实现对含DNAN废水的高效还原处理,并可为该技术在废水处理领域的实际工程应用提供技术参考。29161

Title Biological zero valent iron enhance reduction of 2,4-dinitroanisole and formation of granular sludge
Abstract
In this experiment,by establishing combined zero-valent iron with up-flow anaerobic sludge bed system(ZVI-UASB,R1) and normal up-flow anaerobic sludge bed(R0,control group) to treat 2,4-dinitroanisloe(DNAN) wastewater.To research how ZVI enhance degradation of DNAN by anaerobic microbes and the formation mechanism of granular sludge in condition of ZVI existing. The results show that in dealing simulated wastewater which DNAN concentration is 150mg/L,and in condition of 40h hydraulic retention time.R1 reachs a stable DNAN removal efficiency almost 100%,but R0 only reachs a DNAN removal efficiency about 85% with lots of intermediate product in effluent. Meanwhile,the existing of ZVI promotes generation and transformation of volatile fatty acid, and is in favor of emergence of lower oxidation-reduction potential and higher pH.Compared with sludge from R0,sludge from R1 have bigger size, edge sharpness and stable tight structure.To sum up,through ZVI-UASB coupled system could realize efficient degradarion of DNAN in reductive ways,it could also provide technical reference for the practical engineering application in wastewater treatment field.
