摘要:采用离子色谱法测定危险废物中的无机氟离子。用4.5 mmol/L Na2CO3/0.8 mmol/L NaHCO3混合溶液作淋洗液,以IonPac AS23型分离柱(4 mm×250 mm)和IonPac AG23型保护柱(4 mm×50 mm)为分析柱,用Atlas 4 mm阴离子电解膜抑制器或其他性能相当的其他电解膜抑制器来作为抑制器。试样用水溶液稀释至相应浓度后,通过稀硫酸和水来将样品中的氟离子分离,然后用0.22 μm微孔滤膜过滤后进样分析。根据实验结果可以看出,本方法的相关性好(R>0.999),氟化物测定的相对标准偏差2.2%、1.4%、0.6%,氟化物回收率分别为99.4%、104%、105%,与电位滴定法相比较,所采用的离子色谱法测定的准确度较高。本方法线性范围宽、操作简单、快速,非常适合氟化物的检测。31992

Determination of leaching toxicity of inorganic fluoride and identification and evaluation in the toxic substances in hazardous waste by ion chromatography
Abstract:Determination of inorganic hazardous waste fluoride ion by ion chromatography.Using 4.5mmol/L Na2CO3/0.8mmol/L NaHCO3 mixed solution as eluent,using IonPac type AS23 separation column (4mm * 250mm) and IonPac AG23 type protection column (4mm * 50mm) as the analytical column,Using Atlas 4mm anion electrolytic membrane suppressors or other adequate electrolytic membrane suppressors as suppressors. The sample solution was diluted to the appropriate concentration of water, fluorine ion in the sample separation by dilute sulfuric acid and water, then analyzed with 0.22μm microporous membrane filter blood sample.According to the experimental results, the method has a good correlation (R>0.999), fluoride determination of the relative standard deviation is 2.2%, 1.4%, 0.6%, the respective recovery rate of fluoride were 99.4%, 104% and 105% compared with potential titration, ion chromatography has high accuracy. The method is of wide linear range, simple operation, fast and very suitable for the detection of fluoride.
