摘要:本课题采用溶剂溶解-超声法制备了化妆品用的甘草次酸脂质体,考察了制备工艺(温度、超声时间、超声功率)及配方组成(磷脂、溶剂、添加剂)及用量对脂质体粒径及稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,添加剂Tween系列乳化剂及无机盐NaCl对脂质体粒径及稳定性有显著影响,超声时间及功率对脂质体粒径及包覆稳定性有显著影响。最终确定了在搅拌温度为室温,pH环境为6至7,超声功率为30%,超声时间为4min的制备条件下,在磷脂浓度为10%,溶剂1,2-丙二醇浓度为6.67%,Tween80加入量为0.33%,NaCl加入量为0.05%,水溶性油脂PEG-7椰油酸甘油酯加入量为4%的配方组成下制得甘草次酸脂质体,得到的脂质体平均粒径为155.1nm,4℃下储存20d稳定性良好。32832

Study on the preparation and properties of liposome carrier encapsulating oil soluble active constituents
Abstract:This essay is mainly about preparing cosmetic glycyrrhetinic acid liposomes by dissolving-ultrasound , researching the process ( temperature, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power) and formulation (pH lipids, solvents, additives) and the influence of the particle size and stability. The results show that the additive Tween surfactants and in salt have significant effect on the particle size and stability of liposomes , as well as ultrasonic time and power . The Final preparation is: stirring samples in room temperature, under 30%ultrasonic power for 4minutes .And the formulation is cencerned : the concentrationi of pHospHolipid is 10%, 1,2-propylene glycol is 6.67%, Tween-80 is 0.33%, NaCl is 0.05%, water soluble oil (PEG-7 coconut glyceride ) is 4%. The average particle size is 155.1nm, the best store temperature is 4 ℃.
