摘要FOX-7是一种新型高能钝感含能材料,其优异的综合性能引起世界各国的广泛关注。激光起爆技术是具有高安全性和高可靠性的新型起爆技术。本文针对FOX-7的激光直接起爆与激光驱动飞片起爆技术开展了初步的探索性研究。33376
分析了纯FOX-7、2%碳纳米管/FOX-7、5%碳纳米管/FOX-7以及10%碳纳米管/FOX-7的微观形貌,测试了纯FOX-7、2%碳纳米管/FOX-7、5%碳纳米管/FOX-7以及10%碳纳米管/FOX-7的激光吸收性能。随着FOX-7炸药中碳纳米管掺杂量的增加,碳纳米管在FOX-7炸药颗粒上的分布愈发均匀;未掺杂碳纳米管的FOX-7的激光吸收性能极差,几乎将照射到药剂表面的激光完全反射;在FOX-7中掺杂碳纳米管有效提高了其对激光的吸收率。然而,在目前的实验条件下,采用自由振荡激光与调Q激光均未能将FOX-7成功起爆。
研究并分析了装药压药密度分别为2.399g/cm3、2.256 g/cm3、2.212 g/cm3以及2.002 g/cm3条件下FOX-7炸药的激光驱动飞片起爆情况。虽然激光成功地驱动了飞片,但是FOX-7并未被成功起爆。

Title Experimental study on the initiation of FOX-7 laster
Abstract:
FOX-7 is a new energy insensitive energetic material, and its excellent comprehensive performance has caused wide attention in the world.. Laser initiating technology is a new initiating technology with high security and high reliability.. In this paper, the preliminary exploratory research on the laser direct detonation and the laser driven flyer initiation technology of FOX-7 is carried out.
The pure FOX-7, 2% carbon nanotubes /FOX-7, 5% carbon nanotubes /FOX-7 and 10% carbon nanotubes /FOX-7 micro morphology analysis tested pure FOX-7, 2% carbon nanotubes /FOX-7, 5% carbon nanotubes /FOX-7 and 10% carbon nanotubes /FOX-7 laser absorption performance of. With increase of FOX-7 explosives in carbon nanotubes doped, carbon nanotubes in explosive FOX-7 particle distribution increasingly uniform; not doped carbon nanotubes FOX-7 laser absorption performance is poor, almost perfectly reflecting surface chemical laser irradiation; FOX-7 doped carbon nanotubes can effectively improve the rate of the absorption of the laser. However, in the present experimental conditions, the FOX-7 laser and the Q laser can not be successfully initiated by the free oscillating laser and the laser.
The density of the explosive charge was studied and analyzed, and the laser driven flyer detonation of the FOX-7 explosive was 2.399g/cm3, 2.256 g/cm3, 2.212 g/cm3 and 2.002 g/cm3 respectively.. Although the laser successfully drives the flyer, the FOX-7 has not been successfully initiated.
