摘要：海洋的香气可以带给人清新、爽洁的感觉，很符合现代人不停在寻找的“回归大自然”的感觉，近年来受到人们的喜爱并有很好的市场前景。因此，本文研究了一种应用在沐浴液中的海洋果香型香精。通过顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱技术分析海洋型香水“冷水”作为辅助, 结合感官分析，对海洋果香型香精的香气组成和香韵结构进行了分析, 找到果香、海洋香、花香，木香麝香香韵的共54种符合沐浴液用的香原料, 并考察了不同香韵组成对香精主体特征香气的影响, 最终研制了一款具有海洋果香型的沐浴液香精，并经过应用试验，得到了优化的香精配方。35179

The Study of Marine-Fruity Fragrance
Abstract：The aroma of the sea can bring fresh,cool feeling, it is in line with the modern people looking for the "return to nature" .In recent years,it is loved by the people and has very good market prospects. Therefore, this paper studies the marine fruity type used in bath foam.By headspace solid phase microextraction coupled with gas phase chromatography mass spectrometry analysis of marine type perfume "cold water" as an auxiliary, combined with the sensory analysis. Summarizes the marine fruity flavor aroma composition and the aroma of the structure are analyzed, find fruit, marine incense, flowers, woody musky aroma of 54 species flavoring materials which are suitable for bathing solution.Also find the effects of the different aroma composition of essence and main characteristic aroma. Final,find out a simulation to get the aroma of good marine fruity type can be used in bath foam.

1 引言
1.1 沐浴与香精
我国沐浴历史悠久，早在3000多年前的殷商时代，甲骨文中就有沐浴的记载。其中“浴”是洗澡；“沐”是洗脸，“澡”是洗手洗脚。“周•礼”中也有“王之寝中有浴室”的记载。到春秋时期，我国人民已开始使用专门的设备来洗澡了。南朝梁简文帝萧纲曾著有“沐浴经”三卷，这是我国至今发现的最早研究洗澡的专著。 海洋果香香型沐浴液的研究:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_33017.html
