羟丙基-β-环糊精与薄荷脑的包结能的研究

摘要: 本课题利用羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)外亲水内疏水的空腔结构特性,通过水溶液络合法对薄荷脑进行包合,运用单因素实验,考察了薄荷脑与羟丙基-β-环糊精的比例、干燥温度等因素如何影响羟丙基-β-环糊精与薄荷脑的包结能。由此得出包埋方法的不同,干燥温度的区别等因素会直接导致包埋效果的差异。用羟丙基-β-环糊精将薄荷脑制备成包合物,既可以避免薄荷脑的挥发损失,又能提高其稳定性。薄简脑包合物制备方法和脱包方法已有报道,但这些研究都处于实验探讨阶段。根据单因素法来进行实验,来确定最佳的包合工艺参数,用热重分析,红外光谱和XRD对其包结率进行测定,并对水浴法和超声波法两种脱包方法进行比较,为羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的规模化生产提供参考。35541

The Study of the Inclusion Energy of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and Menthol
Abstract: Because hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins(HP-β-CD) has a hydrophobic cavity structure inside , it was used to embed menthol by a aqueous solution complex method. It was investigated by single factor experiment that the influence of the mass ratio between menthol and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins,the temperature of drying an other factors affect the Inclusion Energy of hydroxypropyl-β- cyclodextrin with menthol.It can avoid the losing of menthol and improve the stability of menthol that menthol is loaded into hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins.It was reported how to make this thing,but those studys are all in the stage of experimental investigation.The best way to load menthol into hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrins was investigated by single factor experiment .The rate of Inclusion is measured by Thermogravimetric Analysis, (Infrared Spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.Comparing the method water-bath with ultrasonic method,wo can give a reference to produce it.
