摘要:本实验通过单因素优化实验系统地研究了使用十二烷基硫酸钠,邻磺酸基苯甲酰亚胺(糖精),1,4-丁炔二醇,炔丙基磺酸钠(PS),1-[3-磺丙基]吡啶内盐(PPS),烯丙基磺酸钠(ALS),N,N-二乙基丙炔胺硫酸盐(TC-DEP)七种镀镍添加剂对镀镍质量的影响,在添加剂的添加量不同和工艺参数不同的情况下。以镀层的光亮度为评价指标,筛选出电镀镍工艺中光亮剂的最佳复配量为:十二烷基硫酸钠0.1g/L,邻磺酸基苯甲酰亚胺(糖精)1.0g/L,烯丙基磺酸钠(ALS)0.3g/L,将其配成浓度为4ml/L的柔软剂A;1,4-丁炔二醇0.2g/L,炔丙基磺酸钠(PS) 0.016g/L,1-[3-磺丙基]吡啶内盐(PPS)0.08g/L,N,N-二乙基丙炔胺硫酸盐(TC-DEP)0.004g/L。将其配成浓度为4ml/L的光亮剂B。此外,电镀镍工艺中镀层的质量除了受添加剂的影响之外,还受电镀工艺参数的影响。即在电解液温度为55℃,电流密度为1A/m2,电镀时间为15min的条件下,得到的镀镍镀层光亮性良好,镀层厚度适中。41276

Abstract:This experiment through the single factor optimization experiment systematically studied the use of seven kinds of nickel plating additives that sodium dodecyl sulfate, o-sulfonic acid group saccharin (saccharin), 1,4-butynediol, propargyl sulfonate (PS) , 1- [3-sulfopropyl] pyridinium inner salt (PPS), sodium allyl sulfonate (ALS), N, N- diethyl propargylamine sulfate (TC-DEP) ,By adding different proportion and different process parameters on the case of nickel-plated quality.By coating the brightness of the evaluation index, select the best distribution of nickel plating brightener is sodium dodecyl sulfate 0.1 g/L, adjacent sulfo benzoyl imine (saccharin) 1.0 g/L, allyl sulfonate (ALS) 0.3 g/L,and then To match it into softener A of concentration of 4 ml/L;1, 4 - butyl acetylene diol 0.2 g/L, propargyl sodium sulfonate (PS) 0.016 g/L, 1 - [3 - sulfonated propyl] pyridine salt (PPS) in 0.08 g/L, N, N - diethyl sulfate propiolic amine (TC - DEP) 0.004 g/L,and then To match it into softener B of concentration of 4 ml/L.Besides that, the quality of the coating in nickel plating technology in addition to the influence of additives, also affected by electroplating process parameters. With the electrolyte temperature in55 ℃ , current density of 1A/m2, electroplating time for 15 min, the condition of the nickel plating coating brightness is good, the plating thickness is moderate.
