摘要核电站烟囱气载放射性流出物排放量关系到公众健康和环境保护,放射性排放监测结果是环境评价与源项调查的重要依据,所以在烟囱取样位置取得具有代表性的样品显得尤为重要。项目根据 ISO 2889-2010 新标准的要求,设计了某核电站反应堆烟囱模型,以验证预选取样位置是否满足取样代表性要求。本文重点介绍了试验方法、试验过程以及试验结果。试验结果显示,在预选取样截面 S1 处,正常风量工况的气体流速变异系数(COV)为 8.9%,最大风量工况下为 8.5%;两种工况下,各注入点注入示踪气体在取样位置所测浓度变异系数均小于20%,任何一点示踪气体浓度的测量值与平均值之差远小于 30%,气体流速分布均匀性和示踪气体分布均匀性符合标准要求,该取样位置“充分混合”,取得的样品具有代表性。本文所述试验是核电站烟囱取样代表性验证项目的重要内容,对国内其他类型的核电站和核设施烟囱放射性气态流出物取样代表性问题具有重要参考价值。 42438

Title Tracer Gas Uniformity Verification in Nuclear Power Plant Chimney Model
Abstract Because nuclear power station chimney of airborne radioactive effluent emissions related to public health and environmental protection, radioactive emission monitoring results is an important basis for environmental assessment and investigation of the source term. So to obtain a representative sample of chimney sampling location is very important. According to the requirements of the new standard of 2889-2010 ISO, a nuclear power plant reactor chimney model was designed to verify whether the pre-sampling position meets the requirements of sampling. This paper mainly introduces the test methods, process and results. The results show, in cross-section S1 at the preselected sampling, the normal condition of gas flow rate coefficient of variation (COV) of 8.9%, 8.5% maximum condition; two kinds of conditions, injection of the tracer gas injection point for each sample point the measured concentration coefficient of variation less than 20%, the difference between the average value measured at any point of the tracer gas concentration is far less than 30%, the flow rate of the gas distribution and trace gas distribution uniformity meet the standard requirements, the sample position "fully sample mixed "to obtain a representative. In this paper, the test is an important part of nuclear power plant chimney representative sampling verification project, to other types of domestic nuclear chimney of power plant and nuclear radioactive gaseous effluent sample representative has important reference value.
