摘要本文主要研究使用聚合络合法制备Ni-Pt, Bi2Te3, Sb2Te3, Bi-Sb, CdTe等双金属合金纳米粒子,Cd, Sb, Bi, Ni等单金属纳米粒子。这种方法的原理是金属离子在适合的溶剂中,可以与配位体键合,形成一种聚合物络合结构。在氮气气氛的保护下经过煅烧,最终能够制备出金属纳米粒子。最终制备出的产物需要经过X射线衍射,透射电子显微镜,能量色散X光谱以及扫描电子显微镜来进行表征。最终得到的X射线衍射图像表示出Bi2Te3, Sb2Te3, CdTe, Ni2Te3等纳米粒子的结晶相,这些双金属纳米粒子都有很纯的结晶相,尤其是CdTe纳米粒子。另外,Ni-Pt, Bi-Sb, Cd, Bi, Sb, Ni等纳米粒子也可以通过这种聚合络合法来制备。我们的实验结果表明,聚合络合法在制备金属纳米粒子以及半导体纳米粒子方面有着广阔的应用前景。42538

Title  Polymerized complex method for preparation and characterization of Ni-Pt, Bi2Te3, Sb2Te3, CdTe, Cd, Bi, Sb, Ni nanoparticles  

Abstract

This work illustrates a polymerized complex method for preparation of Ni-Pt, Bi2Te3, Sb2Te3, Bi-Sb, CdTe bimetallic alloy nanoparticles, Cd, Sb, Bi, Ni monometallic nanoparticles. This method involved connecting metallic ions with appropriate agent in solution to form a polymerized complex structure. Then calcination was operated under N2 protecting atmosphere, resulting in the formation of metallic nanoparticles.The prepared nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (edx) attached to a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The XRD profiles show for the first time that the as-obtained Bi2Te3, Sb2Te3, CdTe, Ni2Te3 semiconductor nanoparticles have pure crystalline phase, especially for CdTe nanoparticles. In addition, metallic Ni-Pt, Bi-Sb, Cd, Bi, Sb, Ni nanoparticles can also be prepared by this polymerized complex method.TEM observation results reveal that the Ni-Pt nanoparticles have grain sizes in the range of 10-30 nm. Our results provide insight into the preparation of metallic and semiconductor nanoparticles.
