摘要活性炭具有发达的孔隙结构,集中的孔径分布,而且比表面积巨大,表现出稳定的物理化学性能,是一种优良的吸附材料。本文以褐煤为原料,水蒸汽为活化剂制备高比表面积的活性炭,对褐煤的粘结条件和活化条件等制备工艺进行优化,探索制备条件和微观结构之间的内在联系。42739
本文研究了炭化时间、炭化温度、活化时间和活化温度等因素对制备出的活性炭的热稳定性、碘吸附值、产率的影响关系。在无机粘结剂和有机粘结剂的不同配比下考察了不同含量和种类的粘结剂组合对产品的冷态强度的影响。确定了复合粘结剂以有机粘结剂沥青和无机粘结剂膨润土为基础制备的粘结剂。研究了颗粒炭在炭化温度500℃和550℃、炭化时间30min条件对产品性能的影响。研究结果表明制备褐煤活性炭的最佳工艺条件为:沥青配比15%、膨润土配比2%、炭化温度500℃、炭化时间45min、活化温度850℃、活化时间2h,得到的褐煤活性炭碘吸附值达到839.45mg/g,产品收率为27.6%。

Process of preparation of granular activated carbon of lignite
Activated carbon has developed pore structure,narrow pore size distribution,and the enormous surface area,exhibits stable physical and chemical properties,is an excellent adsorbent material.In this paper,brown coal as raw material for the preparation of steam activator high specific surface area of activated carbon,lignite bonding process for preparation and activation conditions were optimized conditions,production conditions and to explore the intrinsic link between the microscopic structure.
This paper studies the carbonization time,carbonization temperature,activation time and activation temperature on the thermal stability of the prepared activated carbon,iodine adsorption value, yield affect the relationship.In different proportions of inorganic binder and organic binder investigated the effects of different amounts and kinds of binder composition on the cold strength of the product.OK composite binder pitch with an organic binder and an inorganic binder based on bentonite prepared binder.Studied 500 ℃ and 550 ℃,the impact on product performance carbonization time 30min carbon particles in the carbonization temperature conditions.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of lignite activated carbon:15% ratio of bitumen,bentonite ratio of 2%,carbonization temperature 500 ℃,carbonization time 45min,activation temperature 850 ℃,activation time 2h,lignite activated carbon iodine adsorption value obtained reach 839.45mg / g, yield was 27.6%.
