摘要:本论文阐述了简单盐溶液的镀锌三价铬蓝白钝化工艺研究。采用单因素法,研究了以三氯化铬为主要成膜物质的钝化液中各个组分的最佳含量。并同样采用单因素法研究了钝化液的pH值、温度以及钝化时间对钝化膜的影响。得到了配方简单,价格低廉,配制容易,能够基本满足普通工件防腐要求的蓝白钝化溶液。其工艺为:氯化铬25~30g/L、氟化铵1g/L、硝酸钠8g/L、硝酸钴6g/L、pH值2.1,在20摄氏度的情况下钝化15秒。采用5%醋酸铅溶液点滴时间的测定,说明了在工艺的最佳条件下其防腐性能达到普通装饰铬的防腐要求。获得钝化膜外观为均匀、细致、不发雾,蓝色纯正。此溶液的毒性低,价格低廉。可用于有装饰性要求为主防腐性能要求不高的镀锌表面的蓝白钝化处理,能适当的节省成本。6705

Abstract: This paper describes a simple salt solution galvanized blue trivalent chromium passivation process research. Using single factor method to study the chromium trichloride material as the main film passivation solution optimum content of each component. And likewise studied by single factor passivation solution pH, temperature and time on the passivation film passivation effect. Get the recipe is simple, inexpensive, easy to prepare, can basically meet the requirements of ordinary workpiece antiseptic blue passivation solution. The process as follows: Chromium chloride 25 ~ 30g / L, ammonium fluoride, 1g / L, sodium 8g / L, cobalt nitrate 6g / L, pH value of 2.1, at 20℃ by the passivation 15 seconds. With 5% lead acetate solution drip time determination illustrates the process under the best conditions for corrosion resistance of the ordinary decorative chromium corrosion requirements. Obtain passivation film appearance was uniform, fine, no hair spray, blue pure. This solution is of low toxicity, low prices. Can be used for a decorative less demanding requirements based antiseptic properties of blue passivated galvanized surfaces, to the appropriate cost savings.
