摘要:本文主要由植物提取物在化妆品的应用研究现状为背景,针对罗勒有效成分的提取及在化妆品中的应用开展研究。实验利用超声波萃取法提取罗勒的有效成分,在单因素实验的基础上,考察提取溶剂的种类、超声波提取时间、料液比、温度以及提取次数等因素对罗勒提取物提取率的影响。对通过最优提取方法后得到的罗勒提取物进行吸湿性、失水性的保湿性功效评价和清除羟自由基能力的抗氧化性功效评价。实验结果显示,罗勒提取物具有良好的保湿性与抗氧化性。最终将所得的罗勒提取物应用至护肤乳液的配方中,通过理化耐热耐寒测试得到稳定均一的护肤乳液。43472

Extract the effective components of Basil and applied research in cosmetics
Abstract: This paper is mainly based on the research status of the application of plant extracts in cosmetics and study on extraction of effective components of basil and application in cosmetics. Experiment use ultrasonic wave to extract the effective components of Basil and check the influences of the kind of solvent, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio, temperature, extraction times and other factors on extracting basil. After the adoption of the best methods of extracting basil extract moisture absorption, make an evaluation of the effect of moisture absorption and water loss on the efficiency of moisture retention and the effect of antioxidant on the ability of hydroxyl radical. The experimental results showed that basil extract has a certain moisture resistance and oxidation resistance. In the end, add the basil extracts to skin care lotion formulations and get a stable and uniform skin care lotion through physical and chemical test.
