氯离子对含汞废水处理影响研究

摘要为了对含汞废水的处理进行研究,首先要对废水中的汞含量进行测定,并对除汞方法进行一定了解,本文分别使用DTC 、TMT-15、Na2S对含汞废水进行处理。首先研究了使用各种除汞剂除汞的最佳pH、与最佳投加量,再以除汞效率最佳的条件下研究氯离子对除汞效率的影响。研究结果表明:Na2S的最佳投加量为15mg/L,最佳pH为10。此时,1mol硫离子去除了0.06molHg,是理论剂量的15倍; TMT的浓度为1g/L或DTC浓度为100mg/L时,汞的去除效果最佳,分别为89.5%和99.5%。氯离子浓度从0到10mg/L,除汞剂为Na2S情况下,Hg的去除率下降了26%;除汞剂为DTC(10mg/L、100mg/L、1g/L)情况下,Hg的去除率分别下降了5.5%、 3.9%、3.8%;除汞剂为TMT(10mg/L、100mg/L、1g/L)情况下,Hg的去除率分别下降了6%、5.1%、5.1%。加入氯离子后,Hg+去除效率下降,并随着氯离子浓度升高,Hg+去除效率下降,氯离子浓度变化对Na2S的除汞效率较大,对DTC、TMT-15的除汞效率变化较小。46798
