摘要:吡啶-2,6-二甲酸(DPA)与稀土离子结合的配合物,具有很强的发光的能力,同时该配合物在结构上既不具有对称性,又不具有对称中心,通过旋光仪可以测其旋光性。DPA的衍生物Tb(Ⅲ)、Eu(Ⅲ)比较稳定,主要运用于医学和生命科学等的测量。48741

    我进行的实验是DPA和Tb 、Eu 两种物质合成的配合物具有很强刚性和平面性,使电子畅通化。以吡啶-2,6-二甲酸为起始物,先溶于水,用不同的碱调节PH=7,再加入待测的稀土离子氯化物的水合物,搅拌溶解;测试PH=7,不为7,调至7。50摄氏度下蒸干到2毫升,冷却结晶。得到的配体化合物可以通过FL、IR、UV、SEM等先进的物理测试并分析可以确定其配体以及配体的中间体。

    通过UV和IR可以确定DPA配合物的结构和具体的组成。实验表明:SEM的表征和荧光光谱的分析都能说明稀土离子的发光性能,对进一步了解多齿含氮化合物的发光特性。而吡啶-2,6-二甲酸配合物的荧光强度也与溶液的PH值得大小有关系,当PH=7时,相应的溶液有较强的荧光特征;荧光的强度还与所选溶剂配合物的分子偶极矩成负相关。

Synthesis of Polydentate Nitrogen-Containing Compounds

ABSTRACT:  Pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid (DPA) combined with rare earth ions of complexes, with strong ability to light, at the same time, the complexes in the structure of symmetry, and does not have a center of symmetry, by polarimeter can measure the rotation.DPA of derivatives of TB (III), EU (III) is relatively stable, the main use of measure in medicine and life science.

     My experiment is DPA and TB, EU two substances synthesized complexes has strong rigidity and flatness, Chang Electronic Tonghua. With DPA as starting material, to dissolve in water, adjust the pH of 7 different alkali, adding of rare earth chloride ion hydrate, stir to dissolve; test pH of 7, 7 and transferred to 750 degrees Celsius to evaporate dry to 2 ml, cooling crystallization. The ligand compounds obtained can by FL, IR, UV, SEM and other advanced physical testing and analysis can determine its ligand and ligand intermediates.

     You can determine the structure and composition of specific DPA complexes by UV and IR. The experiments show that the SEM and fluorescence spectra analysis to that of rare earth ions luminescence properties, to further understand the luminescence properties of polydentate nitrogen-containing compounds. And DPA with the fluorescence intensity of the complex also with pH worth size relationship. When pH = 7, the corresponding solution has strong fluorescence characteristics; fluorescence intensity also with selected solvents with negatively correlated to the molecular dipole moment.
