基于物质在不同波段有不同的红外辐射率,为调节某烟火剂的红外光谱辐射特性,选取了多种红外添加剂,制作红外诱饵,并采用 OPAG33 傅里叶变换红外遥测光谱仪,对其红外辐射特性进行了测试。测试结果表明,添加剂对红外辐射输出有明显的影响,并选出其中一些具有一定的红外辐射改善能力,从而可以取得更好的诱骗效果的添加剂。本文中还对相变蓄热材料作为添加剂对红外诱饵的影响进行了研究,使用 SC7000 红外热像仪和 IGA-140 非接触式远红外测温仪测量其燃烧性能,结果表明某些相变材料确实可以提高诱饵剂的燃烧性能,延长诱饵剂的有效作用时间。

Title Optimization of Functional Additives in Infrared Decoy
Abstract
In order to adjust the spectra characteristic of some pyrotechnics,based
on the theory of different radiation ratio in each band,some additives
were chosen.The decoys were made with the additives and their infrared
spectra was tested with OPAG33 Fourier transform infrared remote sensing
spectrometer.The test resulted reveal that the infrared additives have
distinct effects on spectra radiation.And we chose the best of them which
can improve the effect of infrared radiation to get better decoy.
PCM as IR decoy was also studied in this paper. The decoys were made with
the additives and their combustion performance was tested with SC7000
infrared thermal imager and The IGA-140 non-contact far infrared
thermometer. The test resulted that some PCMs can indeed improve the
combustion performance of decoy, extending the time of the effective role
of the decoy.
