摘 要:活性炭是由含炭为主的物质作原料,经高温炭化和活化制得的一类吸附剂。按孔径大小区分,大孔的半径大于50nm,中孔的半径2至50nm,微孔的半径小于2nm。一般而言,大部分活性炭的使用都是集中在微孔性能的优势上,因为富含微孔的活性炭比表面积高并且具有很强的吸附能力。然而中孔活性炭除了在吸附领域有较多应用外,在电化学领域和环境污染方面的应用也大有进展。随着日益提高的社会需求,人们对多孔炭材料所需的孔隙结构的要求也随之提高,与此同时中孔活性炭的应用领域从原先的食品、医药扩宽到化工、军工及矿产等更多的领域。因此,富含中孔活性炭的制备成为活性炭科研领域和生产领域的一个热门课题,成为广大科学工作者们的奋斗目标。57696

Abstract: Activated carbon is made up of mainly containing carbon material as raw materials,  through high temperature carbonization and activation of hydrophobic adsorbent. According to the aperture size, the radius of macroporous is more than 50 nm, the radius of the mesoporous is between 2 to 50 nm, the radius of microporous is less than 2 nm. In general, the use of activated carbon are mostly concentrated on the microporous activated carbon’s advantages. The  microporous activated carbon has higher BET and strong adsorption ability. However, in addition to the field of adsorption, mesoporous activated carbon has also made great progress in the field of electrochemistry and environmental pollution. With the continuous improvement of the social needs, porous carbon material is demanded for a higher requirements to its specific pore structure, and application of the mesoporous activated carbon will be constantly expanding.  Besides, activated carbon products of abundant mesoporous are needed heavily in the field of food, pharmaceutical, chemical, military, minerals and so on. Therefore, the production of mesoporous-riched activated carbon has became a hot topic in scientific research and a target for many scientists.
