以介孔氧化物为载体加氢催化剂研制及性能研究

摘要:介孔材料因为其分离、催化、吸附等领域具有非常重要的应用价值,所以受到了世界范围内许多科学家的广泛关注,同时它的尺寸、形貌、孔径、表面修饰物等对其性能影响较大。采用浸渍法制备己二腈加氢合成Ni-MgO/SBA-15己二胺催化剂,通过BET,XRD,红外光谱对不同 MgO负载量催化剂进行表征与测试,探讨 MgO负载量对催化剂活性的影响。实验结果证明:Ni-MgO/SBA-15催化剂中 MgO-NiO固溶体的形成有利于提高催化剂碱性活性位数量,能有效抑制加氢过程脱氨副反应的发生。通过单因素实验考察不同实验条件对己二腈加氢制备己二胺反应收率和选择性的影响,确定最优实验条件为:以乙醇为溶剂,催化剂中 MgO负载量(wt)5%、反应温度80℃、氢气分压2.0MPa、乙醇用量和己二腈用量比例为2.0、搅拌速率900-1000r/min、催化剂用量为原料质量的5%。在此条件下,己二腈的转化率达到49.6%,己二胺的选择性达到45.7%。58075

On the carrier of mesoporous oxide hydrogenation catalyst system and its performance study

Abstract:Mesoporous materials have very important application value in the field of separation, catalysis, adsorption and so on, so it has been widely concerned by many scientists around the world, at the same time, its size, shape, pore size, surface modification, and so on, Ni-MgO/SBA-15has great influence on its performance. catalysts for hydrogenation of adiponitrile to hexamethylenediamine were prepared by impregnation method and the prepared catalysts were characterized by BET,XRD and infrared spectroscopy IR techniques. The effect of various MgO contents on catalyst activities was studied. Results indicated that the formation of MgO-NiO solid solution in Ni-MgO/ SBA-15catalysts increased the number of alkaline active sites which could effectively inhibit the side reaction of deamination. The effect of reaction conditions on the yield and selectivity of hexamethylenediamine was investigated base on single factor experiments. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows; using catalyst with MgO mass content of 5% and a dosaga of 5% (based on total mass of raw materials ), adopting ethanol as solvent ,a reaction temperature of 80℃,a hydrogen partial pressure of 2.0Mpa ,ethanol/adiponitrile mass ratio of 2.0and with a stirring speed of 900-1000r/min. Under such optimal conditions, the conversion of adiponitrile and the selectivity of hexamethylenediamine reached 49.6% and over 45.7%, respectively.
