摘要近年来出现了一种基于固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的脱销新技术,在阴极处通入NO,阴极材料能将NO直接分解成N2和O2-,O2-通过电解质传递到阳极侧与燃料气反应,脱硝的同时还能用于发电。本文研究了镧、锰掺杂的BaFeO3作为阴极材料在燃料电池脱硝新技术中的应用。首先通过柠檬酸-EDTA溶胶凝胶法合成并通过XRD表征一系列的基于BaFeO3母体的钙钛矿材料La0.4Ba0.6MnxFe1-xO3-δ,由固定床等活性测试手段测试并最终选择La0.4Ba0.6MnxFe1-xO3-δ作为阴极材料进行电化学性能研究.采用三电极法测试了它在空气或NO中的电导率。通过组装电池Sm0.9Sr0.1Cr0.5Fe0.5O3-δ|SDC|La0.4Ba0.6Mn0.2Fe0.8O3-δ,测试了它在氢气作为阳极气体,空气或NO分别作为阴极气体下的电池性能。由固相合成和溶胶凝胶两种方法考察了La0.4Ba0.6MnxFe1-xO3-δ和SDC的在不同温度下的相容性,微观结构由TEM和SEM表征。62959

Title  The study of La and Mn-doped BaFeO3 perovskite as an cathode for         SOFC And its application in De-NOx

Abstract SOFC (solid oxide fuel cell) has been used to denitration (de-NOx) in recent years. NOx were decomposed into N2 and O2 in the cathode chamber directly, and O2- passed through the electrolyte to the anode side to react with the fuel gas. This technology can not only use for de-NOx but also for power generation. In this paper, La and Mn- doped BaFeO3 was applied as a cathode material in the fuel cell. EDTA- citrate sol-gel method was used to synthesize a series of La0.4Ba0.6MnxFe1-xO3-δ perovskite material based on BaFeO3. Its structure was characterized by XRD. After the fixed bed active testing means, the La0.4Ba0.6Mn2Fe8O3-δ was finally chosen as a cathode material for electrochemical properties. Three-electrode method was adopted to test its conductivity in the air or NO. Through the assembled battery Sm0.9Sr0.1Cr0.5Fe0.5O3-δ| SDC | La0.4Ba0.6Mn0.2Fe0.8O3-δ, its de-NOx rate and the battery performance was tested while hydrogen as the anode gas and air or NO as the cathode gas. La0.4Ba0.6MnxFe1-xO3-δ and SDC compatibility at different temperatures was also investigated by mechanical mixing and sol-gel method, and its microstructure was characterized by TEM and SEM.
