摘要本实验合成了一系列具有Dawson结构的钼钒磷杂多化合物,并表征其结构,如 等。以钼钒磷杂多化合物为催化剂,用30%的双氧水作为氧化剂氧化乙苯制备苯乙酮,研究了几种催化剂的类型和氧化剂的用量、反应的时间、反应的温度、催化剂的用量等条件对于催化氧化乙苯合成苯乙酮反应的影响。在乙苯25mmol、溶剂乙酸20ml、催化剂0.3g、30%的H2O214g,在70℃反应8h的优化条件下,乙苯的转化率达到了22.7%、苯乙酮的选择性达到76%。文中关于用双氧水和杂多酸催化氧化乙苯制备苯乙酮的研究有以下特点:反应条件温和,产物无污染,催化剂可回收利用,经济实用,对于其他有机物的合成也可借鉴,有一定是参考作用。63648

Title Research on Catalytic Oxidation of ethylbenzene to acetophenone
Abstract
In this text, a series of Dawson type heteropoly compounds, and so on, are synthesized and characterized. With 30% of aqueous hydrogen perxide as oxidant, ethybenzene can be efficiently oxidized to acetophenone over the prepared catalysts. The effect of catalyst kind and amount, reaction temperature, oxidant amount and reaction time were investigated. Under the following optimal conditions as followed: 25 mmol of ethylbenzene, 20ml of acetic acid as solvent 0.3g of catalyst and 14g of hydrogen peroxide(in mass concentration of 30%),70 as reaction temperature , time of 8h,the conversion of ethylbenzene and the yield of acetophenone is 22.7%and 76% respectively.The craft route of synthesis of acetophenone by oxidation of ethylbenzene that was studied in this text has many characteristics such as conditions moderately, non-pollution,recycling catalysts and lowest costing etc. This work opened up a new way that can be followed by green synthesis of other organic compounds and has a certain reference value.
