摘要本实验的设计思想是将含磷阻燃剂与含卤阻燃剂进行复配混合,从中选出能够使环氧树脂阻燃效果达到最佳的磷-卤复合阻燃剂302的配方。阻燃性能的研究方法为水平燃烧法以及极限氧指数法。样品燃烧残留物的微观形态结构与化学结构可以通过扫描电镜和红外光谱进行分析,阻燃复合材料的热稳定性通过热重法研究。63850
配方中增大复合阻燃剂320的配比,使得FREP的阻燃性能得到提高。根据实验数据可以发现,当阻燃剂320的含量达到15%时,FREP的阻燃性能良好,燃烧级别为FH-1,加入的阻燃剂对材料力学性能、弹性模量、冲击强度、拉伸强度等产生影响。经过对比,加入阻燃剂的材料各项性能指标均随着阻燃剂加入的量而降低。当加入的阻燃剂的量为18%时,测试FREP,得到的数据显示拉伸强度降低了24.5%,弹性模量降低了32.1%,冲击强度降低了57.4% 。
