摘要本文选取4,4'-氧双邻苯二甲酸酐(ODPA)和对苯二胺(p-PDA)、4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)以不同配比合成了聚酰亚胺的前驱体聚酰胺酸(PAA),制备了相应的PAA薄膜,并使用平板硫化机制备了涂布法双面挠性覆铜板和层压法单面挠性覆铜板。通过万能电子拉伸机、红外光谱(FTIR)、热失重分析(TG)等手段研究了挠性覆铜板的剥离强度和应用于其中的聚酰亚胺薄膜的力学性能和耐热性。64134
结果表明,双面挠性覆铜板中np-PDA:nODA为0:100的配方剥离强度最高,另外有两组的剥离强度达标,可用于制备层压法单面挠性覆铜板。单面挠性覆铜板中np-PDA:nODA为20:80的配方剥离强度最高,但是不能达到工业标准,还需进一步改进生产工艺。共聚ODPA-p-PDA-ODA型聚酰亚胺仍表现出较高的工业应用价值。

Title The Preparation and Properties of Thermoplastic Polyimide Film Used in Flexible Copper Clad Laminate
Abstract In this paper, a series of polyimide acids (PAA) are prepared in different matching with 4,4'-Oxydiphthalic anhydride (ODPA), p-Phenylenediamine (p-PDA) and 4,4`-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA), and corresponding PAA films are prepared via the conventional thermal process. After that, double side flexible copper clad laminate (double side FCCL) and single side flexible copper clad laminate (single side FCCL) are prepared by plate vulcanization machine. The peel strength of PI/Cu composite materials and mechanical property, morphology of PAA films were characterized by universal material testing machine, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermogravimetric (TG).
The result shows that the sample in which np-PDA: nODA is 0:100 preforms the best in peeling strength text during different double side FCCLs, and the other two samples conform to industry standard, so that they can be used in single side FCCL. During single side FCCL, the sample in which np-PDA: nODA is 20:80 preforms the best in peeling strength text, but it still cannot conform the industry standard. Although improvement of production process of FCCL is needed, ODPA-p-PDA-ODA copolyimide still has some industry applied value.
