摘要为了研究长期贮存对半导体桥(SCB)火工品性能的影响规律,使用双因素法模拟高温高湿的贮存环境,对SCB火工品进行加速寿命试验。然后对其进行电容放电发火试验,得到SCB火工品的爆发时间,爆发能量和药剂发火时间,研究结论如下:64339
(1)加速寿命试验后SCB火工品的电阻值保持不变,桥的基本结构未受到影响,SCB火工品具有很好的的可靠性;
(2)加速寿命试验后SCB火工品在电容激励下能迅速的发火,且爆发时间和爆发能量几乎没有发生变化,即SCB芯片的性能未发生改变;
(3)半导体桥点火药剂的性能在加速寿命实验前后发生了改变,主要表现在同等激励条件下发火时间的延长。表明药剂在高温高湿的贮存环境中发生了吸湿、受热分解或结构疏松等情况从而对其发火性能造成影响。

Title Study on the influence of Accelerated Life Test on the ignition performance of semiconductor bridge explosive initiators
Abstract In order to study the rule of long-term storage for semiconductor bridge (SCB) explosive initiators, Accelerated Life Test (ALT) has been taken in hot and humid environment to simulate SCB’s long-term storage. The capacitor discharge ignition test was then conducted. Thus, explosion time of SCB, explosion energy of SCB, and explosion time of igniter powder has been obtained. The conclusions are as follows:
(1) There is no change on the resistance value of SCB after the ALT, which shows good reliability of SCB. And the basic structure of the bridge is not affected, and it could be rapidly ignited.
(2) There is no obvious change in the explosion time and explosion energy after the ALT, the performance of SCB chip has not been changed.
(3) The explosion time of igniter powder has changed significantly after the ALT, mainly reflected in the same discharge condition that ignition time becomes longer.

1绪论
1.1选题背景及意义
随着科学技术的发展,不论工业上亦或是军事上,对于爆炸、燃烧引发的迅速性、精确性和一致性提出了越来越高的要求[1,2]。传统的点火装置所使用的是细金属桥丝,通过一定的电流加热桥丝,利用热传导的方式加热填充在火工品内的火药或者起爆药来实现发火目的。桥丝式电火工品在对瞬发度要求较高时,安全电流往往会比较低,因此无法满足恶劣条件下的安全需求。半导体桥(Semiconductor Bridge简称SCB)的问世有望使这一矛盾得到解决。这种新兴的微型点火装置所需输入能量低[3],约为热桥丝点火的十分之一,但其安全电流却高于桥丝式点火头,而且点火时间比桥丝式火工品快约数十倍,因此半导体桥火工品被看作是取代桥丝式火工品的理想产品。文献综述 加速寿命试验对半导体桥火工品的发火性能影响研究:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_71452.html
