摘要:氯化钾镀锌工艺,其镀液呈弱酸性,减轻了对设备的腐蚀。其镀液成分简单、稳定;废水处理较为方便。所以,近年来,该工艺在国内得到了广泛应用。本课题应用电化学原理,通过实验筛选出合适的添加剂,并研究添加剂对镀液性能的影响。研究表明苄叉丙酮、苯甲酸钠、NNO扩散剂对镀层影响最为严重。苄叉丙酮起到光亮剂的作用,苯甲酸钠起到辅助添加剂的作用,NNO扩散剂起到分散作用。不仅添加剂对镀液有所影响,同样的,镀液温度、pH值等工艺条件最镀液也有影响。镀液温度过高,镀液浑浊;镀液温度过低,镀层表面高电流密度烧焦。pH过高,镀层粗糙、不光亮,是镀层发黑、脆性增加;pH过低,降低阴极电流密度,降低电解液的分散能力。8834

Of Potassium Chloride Zinc Plating Additives On The Performance Of The Bath
Abstract:Potassium chloride zinc plating process, the plating solution is weakly acidic to reduce the corrosion of the equipment. The bath composition is simple, stable; wastewater treatment more convenient. Therefore, in recent years, the process has been widely used in the domestic. The subject application of electrochemical principles, filter out suitable additives by experiment, and study the effect of additives on the performance of the bath. Studies have shown that benzalacetone, sodium benzoate, NNO diffusion agent most serious impact on the coating. The brightener play benzalacetone, sodium benzoate play the role of auxiliary additives, NNO diffusion agent play a dispersion. Not only have an impact on the plating bath additives, bath temperature, pH, and other process conditions the bath also have an impact. The bath temperature is too high, the plating solution is turbid; bath temperature is too low, a high current density of the coating surface is scorched. pH is too high, the coating is rough, not shiny, black coating, increased brittleness; pH is too low, reducing the cathode current density and reduce the dispersion capacity of the electrolyte.
