摘要:本课题对纺织品中甲醛快速测定方法进行研究。甲醛毒性较高,具有强烈的致癌和促癌作用。在纺织品助剂行业,甲醛被广泛用作反应剂使用。本次研究两种分光光度法-AHMT分光光度法和酚试剂分光光度法的测定纺织品中的甲醛,通过测定吸光度确定纺织品中是否含有甲醛及是否符合标准限量要求。结果表明,本方法检测速度快,操作简单、无需昂贵的仪器,实验结果可靠,适合于企业人员进行现场快速检测以及大批样品的初筛,阳性样品送实验室定量测定。

Studying Rapid Determination of Formaldehyde in Textiles
Abstract: The method of rapid determination of formaldehyde in textiles is studied. Toxicity of formaldehyde is higher, has strong carcinogenic and promote cancer role. In textile auxiliaries industry, formaldehyde is widely used as a reactant. Two kinds of spectrophotometric method - AHMT spectrophotometric method and MBTH spectrophotometric method for determination of formaldehyde in textiles are studied, by measuring absorbance to determine the formaldehyde in textiles and whether conform to the requirements of the standard limit. The results have proved that these methods are rapid,simple,and reliable for the site determination;and preliminary screening of large amount of samples has no need of expensive instruments. In the case that a sample exhibits positive, it can be sent to the lab for quantitive determination.
