摘要随着人类不停的开采,地球上的能源越来越少,人们迫切需要开发出新的能源。本文研究的是用电镀的方法制备碳纤维负载CoPB制氢催化剂,通过对不同条件下催化剂产氢速率的研究,改变电镀时间,镀液温度,电流密度和镀液浓度等条件,找到了制备碳纤维负载CoPB制氢催化剂的最优变量。实验得出:采用单脉冲波形,电镀1氯化钴浓度为50g/L,硼酸浓度为30g/L,电镀时间为30min,电流密度为1A/cm2,镀液温度为50℃;浸渍液氯化钴浓度为0.6g/10ml,浸渍时间为3h;电镀2硼氢化钠浓度为2M/L,氢氧化钠浓度为0.4g/40ml,次亚磷酸钠浓度为0.1M/L,电镀时间为40min,电流密度为0.7A/cm2,镀液温度为50℃时,催化剂产氢效果最佳,并采用XRD,SEM方法对最优变量下的样品进行了表征,发现样品质量稳定,产氢后无显著损失。

The preparation of carbon fibre supported CoPB for hydrogen production
Abstract
With the exploitation of human beings stop, less and less energy on Earth, there is an urgent need to develop new sources of energy. This study is the preparation of carbon fiber load CoPB hydrogen catalyst plating method, through the study of catalysts under different conditions hydrogen production rate, changing the plating time, bath temperature, current density and concentration of the bath conditions, be prepared to find loads of carbon fiber CoPB hydrogen optimal variable catalyst. Experimental results: The single-pulse waveform plating 1 cobalt chloride concentration of 50g / L, boric acid concentration of 30g / L, plating time of 30min, a current density of 1A/cm2, the bath temperature is 50 ℃; cobalt concentration of chlorine dipping to 0.6g / 10ml, 3H immersion time; plating concentration of sodium borohydride 2 2M / L, sodium hydroxide at a concentration of 0.4g / 40ml, sodium hypophosphite concentration of 0.1M / L, plating time of 40min, the current density when 0.7A/cm2, bath temperature is 50 ℃, the best catalyst for hydrogen production, and by XRD, SEM variables under optimal method for sample were characterized and found that stable quality of the sample, no significant loss for hydrogen production.
