摘 要以徐州某生活污水处理厂的脱水污泥作为研究对象,并添加外源菌剂进行好氧发酵。分别在好氧发酵前后,采用BCR法和Tessier法提取污泥样品中的As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Ni、Pb、Zn共8种重金属的不同种形态。通过加和各个形态得到污泥样品中各个重金属的总量,以此来比较BCR法和Tessier法对各个金属提取的有效性。实验结果表明,不同重金属的总含量差距显著;对重金属As和Hg不同形态的提取使用BCR法优于Tessier法;对重金属Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn不同形态的提取使用Tessier法优于BCR法。70719

Morphological Analysis Method Study of Heavy Metals in Sewage Sludge
Abstract This study takes the sludge of Xuzhou sewage treatment plant as the research object. Aerobic fermentation was conducted by adding exogenous bacteria agent. The different morphologies of 8 kinds heavy metals were extracted using BCR method and Tessier method for sludge samples before and after aerobic fermentation. The total contents of heavy metals in sludge samples were obtained by adding each morphology content. And then the total contents obtained from the two methods were compared. The experimental results show that the total contents of different heavy metals are very different; For the extraction of the different forms of As and Hg, BCR method is better than Tessier method; For the extraction of heavy metal Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn,Tessier method is superior to the BCR method.
