摘要:羧酸酯是一种十分重要的化工原材料,可以用来合成香料香精类、增塑剂类、溶液溶剂类等有机化合物的中间体;同时,羧酸酯在涂料、医药等诸多领域的工业生产中也扮演着相当重要的角色。在以往相当长的时间里,酯的合成主要取决于一些经典方法的应用如:酸催化,酯交换法等;在新型催化剂的研发和有机反应的发展过程中,探索出一些新的合成方法,如利用Me3SiCl、DBU催化剂进行酯化反应的Mitsunobu、Steglich反应等。有机磷化合物在有机合成上应用的十分普遍。在Wittig、Mitsunobu、Staudinger、Appel反应中作为催化剂或金属配体,反应到最后会生成一定量的膦氧副产物。三苯基膦在酯化反应中具有重要的催化作用,不仅能够加快酯化反应的进行,也可以使一些在常规条件下不能反应的有机类物质进行酯化反应。但是,使用三苯基膦促进羧酸酯的合成时,会生成当量的三苯氧膦副产物。本文的目的是介绍以三苯氧膦/草酰氯作为新型的偶联剂和催化剂来活化羧酸,促进羧酸酯合成的。三苯氧膦具有低成本、低烟、无毒等特点,作为偶联剂可以使反应在温和条件下进行,并且反应时间短,羧酸酯的产率高。这是一种新型、绿色、高效的羧酸酯合成方法,具有很好的工业应用前景。71106

Study on the Application of Triphenylphosphine Oxide in Esterification

However, the use of triphenylphosphine to promote the synthesis of carboxylic acid esters, will produce the equivalent amount of triphenyl phosphine by-product. Phosphine oxide by-product reduction methods are many, but the cost is higher, not suitable for industrial production. The purpose of this paper is to introduce triphenylphosphine oxide as a coupling agent to promote the synthesis of carboxylates. Triphenylphosphine oxide is not only an excellent metal catalyst ligand, but also a good polymer flame retardant, but also has good thermal stability, high carbon rate, and in the esterification reaction is not easy to use, phase Good compatibility, etc, because the triphenylphosphine oxide has a low cost, low smoke, non-toxic, and other characteristics, in line with the development of coupling agent, it has a good development prospects.
