The renovation project by the Shanghai three engineering technology co., LTD to undertake this design. From October 2012, I worked as an intern in this company, during the period of internship I was involved in the part of the design work. Actively response to the university-enterprise joint advocacy of graduation design, I graduated with a mentor agreed, and through the permission of the company: select part of the project as a graduation design topic, using existing conditions as a condition of my graduation design task.
This system, need to reform the content of the original device is:
1) Add a chlorate decomposition system;
2) To modify existing ammonia removal system of brine;
3) Increase the nitrate removal system of a membrane;
4) To increase a set of weak brine concentration system;
5) Increase the corresponding utility pipelines and to modify part of the equipment.
This design mainly introduces the chlorate decomposition of nitrate removal system of membrane system and sodium sulfate removal process.
