摘要本文以缬氨酸作为手性源分别制备了十二亚甲基-1,12-双(N-L-缬氨酸)和N-(4-吡啶甲基)-L- 缬基酸,并通过两种缬氨酸衍生物的缩合偶联得到了具有双子型结构的十二亚甲基-1,12-双(N-(N-(4-吡啶甲基-L-缬氨酸基))-L-缬氨酸)凝胶因子。采用FT-IR、1H NMR、SEM、TEM、流变学等手段对凝胶因子在乙醇/水、二甲基亚砜/水、甲醇/水等混合溶剂中的自组装行为进行了研究,并对其凝胶进行了自修复和刺激响应性研究。同时,通过溶胶-凝胶法,使用手性凝胶因子作为模板,通过纳米粒子自组装制备了具有螺旋结构的硫化铋纳米管,采用TEM、SEM、XRD、UV-Vis、EDS以及BET实验进行了相应表征。硫化铋纳米管的直径在20nm左右,长度达到微米级别。硫化铋螺旋纳米管具有较大的比表面积,在酸性条件下对亚甲基蓝具有良好的吸附性能。 73522

Title Preparation and characterization of the novel supramolecular gels
Abstract In this paper, Gemini dodecamethylene-1,12-bis(N-( N-(4-Pyridylmethyl-L-valine))-L-valine) supramolecular gelator based on L-valine was prepared via the condensation coupling process of dodecamethylene-1,12-bis(N-L-valine) and N-(4-Pyridylmethyl)-L-valine。 The gelator was characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR for the confirmation of structure, and FE-SEM, TEM and rheological measurements were conducted for the investigation of the different self-assemblies of the gelator in mixed solvents including ethanol/water, DMSO/water and methanol/water。 The self-healing and stimuli-responsive of the corresponding supramolecular gels were investigated。 Helical Bi2S3 nanotubes were prepared through a sol–gel transcription approach using the self-assembly of a chiral low-molecular-weight gelators as the templates,Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDX) experiments ,Ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry(UV-Vis),nitrogen adsorption–desorption isotherms(BET) were employed to characterize the obtained helical Bi2S3 nanotubes。 The diameter of Bi2S3 nanotubes was around 20 nm, and the length attained several micron。 The helical Bi2S3 nanotubes showed high efficiency in the absorption of methylene blue with acidic conditions, which is possibly ascribed to their large specific surface areas。
