摘要冷壁效应是推进剂燃烧的一种重要影响方式,因为壁面材料的冷壁效应与其热传导系数有关,为研究冷壁效应下双基推进剂的燃烧特性,所以选择热传导系数由大到小的铜、铝、铁、铅、玄武岩圆柱作为壁面材料,将双基推进剂药片紧紧贴于冷壁壁面,并在药片四周涂上隔热胶,通过常压燃烧实验和密闭爆发器实验,研究在不同程度冷壁效应下双基推进剂的燃烧特性。结果表明:从玄武岩、铅、铁、铝到铜,其推进剂的燃烧持续时间是逐渐增大而燃烧速率则是逐渐减小的。由此可以得出,壁面材料的冷壁效应越强,则推进剂的燃烧持续时间会相应变长,但同时推进剂的燃烧速率则会有明显的下降,燃烧变得不稳定。73531

Title Research combustion characteristics of double base propellant under the effect of the cold wall
Abstract The cold wall effect is an important influential factor during the combustion of propellants, because the the cold wall effect of wall materials is related with heat conduction coefficient, to research the double base propellant combustion characteristics under the cold , so choose heat conduction coefficient from big to small copper, aluminum, iron, lead, granite column used as the wall material, the double base propellant pill tightly on the bottom of the cylindrical surface, and in around the tablets coated with insulation glue, by the closed bomb test and atmospheric combustion test ,in order to study the combustion characteristics the cold wall effect of double base propellant combustion in different degrees combusted in fixed volume。 Experimental phenomena and conclusions are as follows: from basalt, lead, iron, aluminum and copper, the duration of the burning of the propellant is gradually enlarged, the combustion rate is gradually reduced and copper, iron, aluminum and lead in reaching the maximum combustion velocity, critical burning layer thickness basically unchanged。 It can be concluded that the heat transfer coefficient of the wall material is larger, that is, the stronger the cold wall effect, the duration of the burning of the propellant will be longer, but the burning rate of the propellant will be decreased obviously。
