钙钐共掺杂氧化铈薄膜制备工艺的研究

摘  要:本文采用阳极氧化法制备钙、钐共掺杂氧化铈薄膜,研究了在不同电流密度和阳极氧化时间对钙、钐共掺杂氧化铈薄膜厚度的影响;不同Sm3+浓度在不同温度下对钙、钐共掺杂氧化铈膜电导率的影响;热处理温度对钙、钐共掺杂氧化铈薄膜晶型结构以及IR谱图的影响。用SEM对钙、钐共掺杂氧化铈薄膜进行表征。研究结果表明:在电流密度为0。5mA/cm2,阳极氧化时间8h的条件下,制备所得钙、钐共掺杂氧化铈薄膜较佳膜厚为21。4μm;当温度为600℃,Sm3+浓度为0。2496mol/L时,钙、钐共掺杂氧化铈薄膜电导率为1。07×10-2S/cm;IR结果表明:未经过热处理的钙、钐共掺杂氧化铈薄膜的表面吸附了水、乙二醇,在经过300℃下两小时的热处理后,钙、钐共掺杂氧化铈薄膜表面上吸附的水与乙二醇完全脱附。XRD结果表明:钙、钐共掺杂氧化铈具有立方莹石结构。SEM结果表明:钙、钐共掺杂氧化铈薄膜表面为多孔结构。本文创新之处:用钙、钐共掺杂制备氧化铈薄膜暂时还未见报道。74090

Study on Preparation Technology of Calcium and Sam Co - doped Cerium Oxide Thin Films

Abstract: In this paper, calcium samarium co-doped cerium oxide films were prepared by anodic oxidation。 The effects of different current density, anodic oxidation temperature, anodic oxidation time and ammonia concentration on the thickness of calcium and samarium co-doped cerium oxide films were studied。 The effects of Sm3+ concentration on the electrical conductivity of calcium and samarium co-doped cerium oxide films at different test temperatures and the effect of heat treatment temperature on the crystal structure of calcium and samarium co-doped cerium oxide films。 XRD and SEM were used to characterize the calcium and samarium co-doped cerium oxide films。 The results show that the prepared calcium and samarium co-doped cerium oxide films are prepared under the conditions of current density 0。5mA / cm2 and anodic oxidation time 8h。 Thickness of 21。4μm。 When the temperature is 600℃ and the Sm3+ concentration is 0。2496mol / L, the maximum conductivity of calcium and samma co-doped cerium oxide films is 1。07×10-2S / cm。IR results show that the adsorbed water on the surface of the calcium and samarium co-doped cerium oxide films is completely desorbed after heat treatment at 300℃ for two hours。 The results of XRD show that calcium and samarium co-doped cerium oxide have cubic kaolin structure。 The results of SEM show that the surface of calcium and samarium co-doped cerium oxide films is porous。 In this paper, the preparation of cerium oxide film with calcium and sam co-doping has not been reported。
