摘要近些年来，慈溪的经济得到了飞速的发展。2015年慈溪的地区生产总值同比增长7。5%，其中第一产业和第二产业同比增加了1。2%和6。5%。但随着一二类产业的飞速发展，污染问题也随着而来。由于浙江整体经济模式是以私营企业为主，慈溪也不例外。很多私营企业存在着污水处理不达标或者不经过处理便排放的行为，对周围的生态环境带来了严重的后果。加之农业生产中农药与化肥的过渡使用，使原本就脆弱的水体环境彻底被破坏。本文主要通过对慈溪市东横河的水质治理案例，用以讨论慈溪周边水域治理的可行性。74400

ABSTRACT In recent years,the economy in Cixi has been rapid development。In 2015,GDP increase 7。5% in CIxi。In this year, the fist industries increased 1。2% and secondary industries increased 6。5%。But with the rapid development of frist and secondary industries, pollution problems become more serious。 Since the model on the overall economy of Zhejiang is private。Many  personal company have sewage treatment non-compliance or put the waste water in river without treatment,it will take fateful consequences for ecological environment。And use more pesticide andchemical fertilizer,it Let the surrounding environment become more vulnerable。 This paper mainly through river regulation case in Cixi,and discuss witch is best Program for River management。

引言
