摘要大气污染问题日益凸显,燃煤烟气中的汞及氮氧化物污染问题引起了国内外的广泛关注。随着汞和氮氧化物排放限值日益严格,开发协同控制燃煤烟气 Hg0 和 NOx 污染技 术显得尤为重要。本文对铁基尖晶石进行改性处理,合成了(Fe2Ti0。5Mn0。5)1-δO4 尖晶石, 并探究 FeTiMn 尖晶石协同控制燃煤烟气中 Hg0 和 NOx 污染的可行性。在模拟烟气脱硝温 度段内,FeTiMn 尖晶石具有优异的 Hg0 脱除活性。HCl 胁迫下 Hg0 在 FeTiMn 尖晶石表 面氧化遵循 E-R 机制。烟气组分中 NO 对 FeTiMn 催化活性有较大提升,其余组分则对 FeTiMn 的催化活性产生了抑制;在 350 oC 左右,Hg0 和 NOx 可同时达到较高脱除效果。 因此,FeTiMn 尖晶石协同控制燃煤烟气中 Hg0 和 NOx 污染具有很高的可行性。76154

Title Simultaneous Control of Hg0 and NOx Pollution from Coal-fired Flue Gas by FeTiMn Spinel
Abstract Air pollution problems are increasingly highlighted。 Hg0 and NOx pollutions from coal-fired power plants have caused wide attention of both at home and abroad。 Limitations on nitrogen and mercury emissions are becoming more and more strict。 Development of simultaneous control of coal-fired flue gas Hg0 and NOx pollution technology is particularly important。 In this paper, through the study of the modification of iron-based spinel, FeTiMn spinel was synthesized。 We investigated the feasibility that simultaneous control of Hg0 and NOx pollution from coal-fired flue gas by FeTiMn spinel。 In a simulated flue gas denitration temperature, FeTiMn catalyst has excellent Hg0 catalytic activity。 And we draw a conclusion that the catalytic oxidation reaction follows the E-R reaction mechanism。 NO increased FeTiMn catalytic activity, while SO2 and H2O and NH3 inhibited FeTiMn catalytic activity。 Around 350 oC, FeTiMn spinel achieved high Hg0 and NOx removal effect at the same time。 Therefore, simultaneous control of Hg0 and NOx pollution from coal-fired flue gas by FeTiMn spinel has high feasibility。
